Prisoner 84 - Help Thread

Hey I just unlocked the Nurse's Office in Building 3 F2, Reception with the code I found in the restroom, but I can't figure out what the clipboard on the desk says. What's the code so I can enter it into the computer to unlock those doors?

I found the same clipboard, but can't figure out where or how it can help in the game. I can't seem to find the codes to the rooms downstairs in the maintenance floors of that same building. So far, it's been a great game. Enjoyed it immensely thus far, but could use a bit of help getting past this stumbling block. Spoiler(s) welcomed at this point.

The code is 42135 - written on the wall in the reception area...
