Old school iOS apps?

Does anyone remember the days of (well, I won't say good old, exactly) Java mobile apps such as YMTiny, Slick and etc.

Well I do, and I sometimes miss the retro look of the yesteryear, I'd love to know if there are apps with the 'old school' touch for iOS. Specifically chat apps, or any other for that matter.

Bonus question: Which app would you like to see revitalized as an iOS app but still carrying that old school charm/interface?
