The first PES 2013 trailer is online. Along with the video, we provide you, the PES community, with this extensive article, containing much information about what is new and improved in the 2013 edition of the Konami football game.

Many of the new features, extensions and improvements are based on your feedback, i.e. your critical and constructive comments as the PES community – on this official PES portal, on various PES fanpages on Facebook, and in long e-mails as well as in clearly verbalized YouTube video appeals. All your feedback has been analyzed, processed and discussed with the PES 2013 developers in numerous meetings.

Control and animation of the goalkeeper, the sound ambience in the stadiums, the gameplay balance – these were, amongst other things, the points that have been talked about and criticized the most. Pro Evo used to be the king of footy games, but the last few years the Fifa series has pretty much surpassed it.

Yeah, FIFA has surpassed PES big time. FIFA for the iOS has seen tremendous improvement from year to year. However, PES has been pretty much the same.

What they need to do in FIFA 13 is implement better/more responsive menus, less crashes, better manager mode, reduce the amount of lag in the final thirds of the pitch and, hopefully, we can have a dream team like on ps3 etc. Y'know, the one where you get the cards of the players and each match gives you coins etc.

I agree freemium sucks... If they add Become A Legend, I'll buy this and delete Fifa.. :P
