I just started playing this and it looks and plays so good that it deserves it's own thread. The full game unlock is $1.99 and I plan on buying it.

Thanks to the person who mentioned it in the Talesworth (Episode 1) thread. Does anyone know if epsiode 2 is an enhanced version of the earlier game or whether it is worth buying both for someone new to the games?

Edit: I am well into Episode 2 now, much past the free part of the game. The puzzles are simply brilliant with new features being gradually introduced. I love the fact that each puzzle retains it last completion state for you, so you can easily go back and replay the solution and make adjustments to get a better star value. This is a 5 of 5 game for me.

I finished the game with gold stars on all but 4 levels and a couple of platinums stars. This is one of those rare games for me that when I finished I am still left wanting more.

Bumping this in hopes some other folks here will give it a try and like it as much as I have...

Nice!

Hey Steve, thanks for the kind words! I'm the developer on the iOS version of the app. We just released the first patch to address a couple minor issues, enjoy!

Thanks for recommending this one! It's exactly the kind of puzzle game I like, with solid level design, cute graphics and lots of polish. The only problem I've found so far is that I can't turn the pages in the cut scenes, but quitting the game, closing it from the task bar and then opening it again fixes it. Slightly annoying but at least it doesn't affect gameplay.

Some of the puzzles are tough, too. I'm currently stuck on one of the mountain levels, but I'm also pretty sleepy. Will try again tomorrow.

Definitely second the rec to check out the free levels if you're a puzzle fan.

Cheers.

You can find puzzle solutions here, but be careful not to spoil too much of the challenge:

Thanks! I worked it out on my own, but it's good to know about in case I get horribly stuck at some point.

Cheers.

Hey Georgina! Does the page-turning problem happen on the in-game cutscenes only, or does it happen if you visit the Chronicles from the main menu as well? Also, which iPad do you have?
