Yeah, as soon as you finish a zone that gives you the minimum 8 in all colors, your next stop is a hive, which is basically just a bonus score level with its own strategy (I sucked ). After the hive, you're right back at randomly passing through normal zones until the next time you rack up 8/8/8/8.

I'm liking this game a lot, but it doesn't have much to keep us coming back for more. You basically keep playing the same thing over and over. Not enough content.

The idea that occurred to me though, is that this game would be PERFECT for some RPG elements. It's probably too big a change for the current game, but I think it'd be great for a sequel. Upgrade tale, speed, powerups, shields, bulbies...etc.

From what I've seen, all the old scores people had went to the Advanced category and Advanced is the default. It's Casual that's new.

I just got the game after the update, but I think the difference in the new Casual mode is that even if you start a new game, it saves the stars you've received in earlier games, so you don't need to keep going back to a checkpoint where you might only have one hit left.

Yeah, they didn't do anything to change the endless respawns ...

Kind of dissapointed. I thought they said they had something in mind for players who had a problem with the respawns+full scores 'feature'

Oh well... Another game tossed into the 'not living upto potential' folder (joining another 6,500 out of 6,600 iOS titles on my pc...)
