Miniclip response time

I'm looking for a publisher for my latest Universal iOS arcade game. It seems the type of game that Miniclip publishes, so I contacted them 11 days ago. I got an automated response that it may take some time to respond, so I was expecting to wait, but after 11 days I'm starting to think I won't hear back.

Has anone else contacted them? What was your response time?
