Default Great Battles Medieval iPad (Slitherine)

Hi guys

in another thread someone asked about this game for iPad. The game is approaching beta and we expect to release some time in June. It is already available Android, PC, X360 and PS3.

The game is a Role Playing Strategy game set during the Hundred Years War where you take your army with you through many battles, gaining experience and equipping them. Key battles are introduced by movies for a really absorbing experience. Select missions from the quest map and in battle issue orders in pause time and then start the battle and see things fight out in real time. You can pause at any time to issue new orders. The battlefield is grid based to make selection easier and avoid the issues of RTS clickfest.

For a detailed over go here.

Features:
  • Free form quest map that allows players to decide when and where to fight within a historical framework.
  • More than 20 different units all accurately researched and carefully modeled in amazing detail.
  • Almost infinite number of equipment combinations.
  • Specialise your squads with over 100 unique skills.
  • Play as the English under the Black Prince.
  • Innovative Battle Card system that gives bonuses and penalties in battle.
  • The most detailed and realistic medieval combat model ever created.

These screenshots are from the Android version but we'll update when we have the iPad screens. We expect it to look at least as good but almost certainly better, especially on the latter iPads.
