Is this ok for press release / press kit

I think I have a finished copy of my press kit, but I have been getting such good feedback from ya'll about the process I thought that I would ask if anyone would mind taking a look and letting me know what you think.

Also, when sending to review sites, should I include the entire press kit? or should i just send the press release?
