Well good news they are now aware of this and are doing an update. Really want to play this game.

But i still wish that Apple made app devs have a contact address so customers can get hold of them. I went to their blog, looked around, couldnt find an email address anywhere, just buttons to post to facebook/twitter and other useless stuff.

If i need to contact the dev the link on the app store should take you to a contact page. Not being able to get hold of the dev to say 'this games crashing' is frustrating.

When the update is set to play itunes I do not know, but as previously mentioned, it might take another three days, but the problem has been fixed.^^

No, unfortunately I'm waiting on it too long, but this is just apple and its policy to always want to check everything is just annoying.

God, i dont think i've ever known the apple verification process take so long!

They're having issues getting through Apple's testing/approval process :

We fixed the iPod crash and delivered the update to Apple last week.
But unfortunately, Appstore distribution is not yet ready. The update is still waiting for Apple test.
We hope that Apple could finish the test and distribute the update in this week.

We are really sorry for all iPod4 users.
