As far as I can tell, the game is comprised solely of that one screen, with the context being provided by the app description. As it is called Pexer's Galaxy, it may be an indication that it is something of a meta-narrative to Pexer's Tower - a recreation of the game in miniature as the legend preserved on a futuristic arcade machine. Gameplay-wise it doesn't have much to offer but it serves as something of a nice story tie-in for Pexer's Tower fans.
