Uploading binary from hackintosh

Hi, A friend of mine wants to start developing for iphone but does not have money to buy an intel-based Mac plus developer fees, etc.

Do you guys know if there would be a problem uploading the binary from a Lion 10.7.1 image working on vmware or something like that? Would Apple know, and ban him or something?

By the way, refrain from telling me it's not the best approach, Apple does not condone, etc. My friend is from a very poor third world country and he could never buy a Mac, even a second hand one.
