Finally some light on the iOS version does anyone know if this will run as smoothly on the iPad 2 version, looking forward to this it should be pretty darn cool.

Anything that runs on the new iPad will run as well, If not better, on the iPad 2. It has far less pixels to push, hence why everything is designed for the iPad 2 and doubled up. Technically the new iPad isn't faster, because all the remaining power is in the display.

That's assuming they don't release a retina version, which is highly unlikely these days, developers get lambasted if they don't provide retina enabled apps, TWD is no exception to that. So while you are correct, the likelihood of an app being SD is slim to none, and there is no way to force the iPad to operate in non retina mode.

Back to it running on the iPad 2. I was looking around on the internet and, from what I can tell, it is supposed to run on all iPads. I'm assuming that if it can run on the original iPad, it'll do just fine on the iPad 2. I'm so excited!
