this is awesome - I wonder how Javier Chavez managed to get the license? Hopefully this is legit and makes it on to the iPhone.

Anyways I think the dev just made the game mac-compatible and then submitted it to apple. Apple probably didn't even know it was a real game...

truthfully I wish he'd port it to the iphone while he still has the chance - I'd pay for that for sure

Yes! Turning off vertex buffers finally fixed those graphical errorsi was getting on my mba with HD Graphics 3000 gpu! About time!
