i find it pretty hard to get the lifetime achievement. (win the game with 48 movies or less)

getting 7147 points only gave me a 3 stars rating on my greatest movie of all time attempt. with a 48 movies limit, it doesnt leave much room for failing. i think you can mess up maybe 5 movies or something and by messing up i mean making a movie that doesnt get enough stars to keep unlocking new themes.

i find the game pretty cool but i still have some issues with it. sometimes i pick the wrong guy because they are all on top of each others. makes me lose precious seconds.

also, there is not enough interactions between the different employees. we should get perks for having 2 pixely people who get along on the same floor. i feel like no matter how strategic i am, if the game has decided that something bad is going to happen, it will happen. it would be nice to prevent angry or boring moods if there was a specific guy who neutralize that. i dont know, seems like a good idea to me. it would make me think what floor im sending the angry or boring guys instead of throwing them randomly.

i like the idea of awards implemented in the game too. how about including a random event which could boost a floor's point meter? something dynamic that pops up in the middle of the screen for some button mashing action. one of the actors from the cast could appear at a floor and if you touch him before he goes away, you get into autograph mode and you must scribble as many pieces of paper as you can for a few seconds. then depending on how mant autographs you signed, you get bonus points, or even some score multiplyer on the floor where the actor appeard, for a limited time.

well i could go on but thats enough for now lol. theres definitly room for improvement gameplay wise. ill keep checking this thread.

btw, reseting the game also resets the movie count to zero. making impossible to reach 100 and 300 movies unless you never reset.

Wow, great stuff!

The lifetime achievement is meant to be super hard. The game is rather casual otherwise but we wanted to throw in a real challenge in the game. We might add achievments of a similar type but with a easier target, one for completing the game in 58, and one with 68 so if you go for it you should at least get the "bronze" medal. How many times have you tried to get this achievement? Would love to hear more of your opinion on it!

Picking the wrong guy is something we will try to fix in a later update by making a sorting system where employees with a effect on them (boring, angry, great hair, an aura) will always be the one "in the front" so those people will be easier to pick up.

About interaction with different pixely people; great input and it is very close to what I feel too. We have this case where you can counter boring with the great hair trait but I want more of that. The solution is new traits I think. The cases when the whole game seems to have decided that your current movie is going straight to DVD is because of unusally bad luck and as you tend to remember those times more than the times you had luck with not getting any bad traits going off we should do something about it. Maybe limiting the amount of times a guy can get angry per movie. (The guys who get along seems like a nice trait btw "best friends" or something. Maybe they work extra hard together and get lazy if they are separated?)

I like the autograph thing, especially the usage of an actor in "civilian" clothes, and that they suddenly would walk in from nowhere. We will think hard about this, I'm not so sure if we want to pause the gameplay but we can figure something out I'm sure. Great idea!

Thanks for reporting the reset/count movie bug, it will be fixed in a future update.

And thank you so much for letting us know what you think and for giving us wonderful ideas and suggestions!

"Another Greatest Movie of All Time? The public has seen a lot of those lately, so you will have to impress them."

Wow, this public is incredibly hard to please.

There is a known bug with 4.2.1 that causes this crash, so it's not the hardware but the firmware that causes problems - very sorry about that! The good news is that we submitted an update that fixes this to Apple more than a week ago so it should be approved any minute now, all fingers crossed.

Hm, i picked up this game yesterday. I like the idea, artwork and real good sound. The possibility to skill the workers is great, but the actors are not really taking part in this game, would be nice, if they could change some gameplay elements, like giving a level bonus, when they acted in the same genre more than 5 times or so.
The whole thing is very funny, but also repetetive.
Why cant we upgrade the studio and floors, or pay for animals as actors, or get a set outside?
There would be a lot of possibilities, this is a sleeping beauty...

I'm glad you like it!
It's almost as if you are suggesting actor leveling and that sure is... interesting. The reason they don't do nothing is that we really wanted nothing to distract from the main gameplay during moviemaking. But we get more and more requests like these so we are thinking about messing things up a bit.

Upgrade and buy items for the studio is a very good idea and has been brought up a lot. We talk about it a lot and I would not be surprised if we implement that sort of thing in a future update.

Animals as actors? Genious. Gotta have a piglet in there.

We are working on making the game better, with more content. It's just extremely difficult to say when it's going to be finished.

And if you have suggestions about what sort of items you want to see in the upgrade store please tell me!
