How did you defeat Hermann? He keeps healing 1000 points every turn in my game

First destroy all the stones. Second, move around until one of his summoned storms is floating adjacent to him. Now kill the little storm and it will weaken him. Repeat this a few times and he'll lose the hammer of Thor. Now he won't heal anymore.

I finished the "reign vault" quest, but when continuing to thundervault all my opponents still get no damage - how am i supposed to continue ?

I know I need to get the tough love quest but how do u get it.....
