Just a heads up for people wanting to participate in events, you are not required to fly all the way around the world for the event!

Bux are fairly easy to come by, so simply save a few airport slots for events, when the event starts, open the event airport and 2 surrounding airports that your planes have range for. Then, take some planes you wish to use and send them to the hangar. Once they are there, you can spend bux to "recommission" them and it lets you pick any city to deploy them at so you can easily move your planes across the world if need be to participate in the event.

Now you only need 5 jobs completed to get credit for the event so you could move as little as one decent plane over to complete the task and you can easily recoup the Bux cost for recommissioning in the 3+ days each event takes!

Hope this helps the people interested in participating who find them selves on the polar opposite end of the earth of the event ^_^.

Airport slots? When you level up I see it says you can unlock 1 new airport.. Never knew what it meant... Please inform me! You still have to purchase with coins correct?

Hey Douglas, unlocking airports is the same as buying slots for planes, just that you have to get the "slot" by leveling your account, so I hope you don't get confused
