I was wondering about the framerate based on the video too. Thanks for the imps guys.

I guess i'll have to take Metalcasket's word about getting it in its promo price now. Would make me feel like crap if I bought this monday and the price was 2 or 3 bucks. LOL.

Afraid I can't agree with this at all. This very much feels like a carbon copy, banal Mario rip-off to me, utterly barren of fresh or original ideas save for its one gimmick of questionable note. Like every other Mario rip-off it suffers from being inferior in every way possible. I suppose there are definitely worse ways to spend a buck on the app store and the game can still provide some enjoyment, but frankly I just can't be bothered.

The following can either be a good thing or bad thing, but the deeper you get into Shadow Love, the less "Mario" it seems and it's really becoming it's own game. Between the standard platforming levels, "vertical" ones, the odd auto-runner and the really creative (albeit easy) bosses, there's really a lot to love here and it's really got old-school charm. Sorry Gabe, but as long as we're not getting any official Mario games on iOS, I'll take great clones any day. I still say though...this isn't a carbon copy or a rip-off and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

Found this through the TA App and wow this was a great buy. Didn't think I'd see a totally new platformer style but this is awesome.

Great work on the art style and creative use of it.

The art style is so sweet. It is very superb to play. Nice concept behind this game.

It update to be universal now and make the levels easier.

Good thing, I was stuck but close to beating it. It's been really fun and it's rare that I stay hooked long enough to finish an iOS game. Not that the ones I play aren't great, but with the amount of fun games constantly coming out its hard to keep playing one til the end.

I fully agree, and the more I play it, the more I like it!
