Mass Effect 2 - PS3!

Ok, I know I'm a little late to the party but my brother gave me an unopened copy of Mass Effect 3 for the PS3 not long ago. Rather than dive straight into it, I decided to pick up a copy of ME2 and play through that one first so I had a better understanding of what's going on. Needless to say, I was hooked and pretty much maxed out the game (besides a couple of trophies and upgrades). However, my problem lies with the 'Arrival' DLC. The other three DLC mission come preloaded on the Blu-ray disc but 'Arrival' can only be downloaded from PSN. I've downloaded the DLC and installed it but it's not triggering anything off in the game. I've googled it and apparently you get a message off Admiral Hackett, but when I go into both private terminals onboard the Normandy, there is no message. I've tried re-downloading and installing it but still nothing triggers the mission.

Anyone else have this issue?
