Mame4ios - Violent storm

Hi I was wondering if anybody can help me with a problem that i have with the latest mame4ios. Violent storm is one of my favorite mame games, so i decided to put the rom on my iphone 4s, i also read somewhere that it works on the latest mame4ios. I'm useing mame 0.139u1 roms. Any way the rom shows up on the menu screen of mame4ios, when i press on B to load the game the loading screen shows up it gets up to a 100% the it goes back to the mame4ios main menu screen. Has anybody else had this problem and were you able to fix it.
