You can't fire it as fast as you see others, because that is a glitch. Otherwise, it is scope, then shoot, then tap sprint. repeat

Hold the fire button and rapidly press the scope button.

That's only for Pistols and Shotguns, not the Intercept..

All snipers, shotgun, and pistols, for some fcked up reason, appear shooting in a faster-than-normal semi-auto fire rate. Used to think it was a hack or glitch like with the shotguns, but no.

Seriously I could shoot 1 shot with my sniper and to you, and anyone else playing against me, it would appear I was shooting like 5.
