Looking for an upgrade to the native iPad notes app

Hey folks!

Can anyone recommend a good note taking app? I want something simple and easy to use, as well as quick to load up. I'm mostly happy with the native app, Notes, that comes on the iPad, but it's missing two features: organizing notes into categories and being able to sketch something on the page.

I've searched around and there are a ton of note taking apps out there. Most of them are way more complex and feature rich than I need or want.

To be precise, I'm looking for an app that works like the native notes app (mainly typing), lets me sketch in a drawing here and there directly on the page, and let's me organize notes into different categories.

The best I've seen so far is deskpaper (I tried the lite version), but I'm wondering what else is out there before I drop money on a full version.
