Was just able to grind enough gold to upgrade my WB to second level... Pretty nice!

Yes I did say it only because I've seen by now the warning they give about deleting the game a million times.... so fear made me say it... Haha
What happens when IOS 6.0 software update comes and it requires just as 5.0 did to delete all media and apps from my iTouch...at least I had to... There goes all my efforts on Star Warfare

When you update, it should load back all your apps back on to your device. Did it crash every time you loaded it?

Don't have to worry if you lose your data, simply just log into your GC account and then attempt to go online with starwarfare. It will give you a message something like "You have newer data on the server, would you like to apply?" or something along those lines, I've already done it once and it worked just fine.

I remember when I downloaded the 5.0 software update when it was first available.
I plugged my iTouch into my PC and synced with iTunes. I remember there was some problems with getting the update to even activate and then it worked but it said that all apps and media would have to be removed before the update...I remember others mentioning this.
Anyways the update was fine but just before all my apps and media could re-sync I stopped it because I had too many things there. I decided over time I would just manually add back the games and stuff I wanted. This saved me from using up too much wifi Internet monthly usage!!!$$$$$
Now we can simply update our devices in the options on our iPhones, itouchs and iPads
Back then I did reinstall Star Warfare but I haven't replayed until just a week ago roughly... And I picked up where I left off so to conclude this is why I got a little upset when Freyr games warns against deleting the game but I think that fear has been addressed
