newly launched "app is no longer available"

It is very disappointing but half of the customers who try to download our game get a message that says that it is no longer available. It is really strange because the other half can buy it just fine.
Besides apple developer forums show some message from other developers who have the same issue.

I have tried contacting iTunes and they were not helpful at all and now I have written to itunesconnect support. Hope they can fix it. Otherwise this launch will be a huge and disappointing failure.

Perhaps the encryption bug is affecting newly released apps as well as updates.

the article talks about application updates and our game is a newly released application (appeared only yesterday). Anyway, it doesn't seem like there is something we can do to fix the problem? The only thing left is to patiently wait until Apple fixes their bugs?

Yes the same thing is happening with Summoner Wars which released yesterday as well. Their thread is full of people unable to download. I somehow managed to pick both SW and BanzaiDice up with no problem. I wonder if it's just certain regions/servers or what?

I have problem reports from 3 different countries and in the same countries other people have been able to download the game. So the problem does not seem to be region related.
