trying hard not to spoil myself, as i'm making fairly slow progress in the game. but i had to come back to say this game is definitely my favorite game at the moment!!

This game totally captivated me. I sat and played the normal mode over a span of a few days and couldn't put it down. My 7 year old daughter has been watching over my shoulder and is now taking turns with me (on her own save) so that she can try it too...amazing.

That being said, I need HELP!

I am so lost with the Void Mode...ANY help would be appreciated. I am trying to play the Frozen Hills level 2 and can't figure out the color absorbing (eating...sucking?) flowers. Is there some trick to them? Can they be defeated or used to beat the other creatures on the maps? Any suggestions would be awesome.

As far as I can tell they're just there so you can't use fire to burn the void creatures, you have to avoid them or something. But I dunno, I'm stuck on that level too :P

In my opinion Void Mode is where the game is at. It really makes you use colors in ways you don't have to in Normal Mode.

That being said, the answer to your question is no. Those flowers cannot be defeated and are present at certain screens to prevent you from using that particular color.

Frozen Hills Level Two can be a bit tricky. The only hint I can give while not spoiling too much is first disable the Void Creature, then free him afterwards when you need him for the gate button. Hope that helps!

I'm stuck on the first part after checkpoint too in level 2 of void... •••Spoiler:  Do I just push the box in front of the void creature to block it or what? I really need help

Damn the first part of the game was awesome, but wow how hard Void mode was! •••Spoiler:  I spent lots of time on the first screen trying to burn the creature, when all I had to do was jump on the cliff...

It took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to jump on it.
Interesting... Is the empty seat for your character ?

Hint: •••Spoiler:  Use Blue + Brown to keep the void creature stuck to the left wall while you do what you have to do with the crate.
