It is an annual fee, like their competitor.

Enterprise fee ( size of the group). You can do in-house distributions and have higher-support.

Here's a new adventure game coming to iPad in August: Edna & Harvey - The Breakout. Link is to promotional web site, since it's obviously not August yet. Looks like there could be some twisted fun to be had with this one.

The use of Harvey the rabbit is interesting and funny, I wonder if they got rights to use that type of character.

I kind of wondered that myself. Since it seems to be some sort of satire or parody I'm sure they have some leeway, and I have no idea how copyrights work around the world.

I would guess they would be subject to the laws in the country of creation based on some of the events I've read about over the years, but I don't really know myself.

Regardless, it is a very intriguing looking property.

I'd guess not, but that's the beauty of something like that. It's what makes things like just about every movie from Pixar beautiful - there's enough to keep the kids entertained, but there's also enough to amuse the adults and leave the kids staring at them going "huh?"

I've never actually even seen the movie, I'm just familiar with the premise.
