Now if their contracted artists stole the assets and the devs really didn't know/didn't recognize the art, I could understand, but I highly doubt that's the case. I doubt we'll see any changes in the game. The only thing I could see happening is Runic games talking to apple about it and apple pulling the game. My understanding is international litigation is mostly a lose lose situation unfortunately (for the victim; of course it's a bonus to the perp).

I wouldn't paint every Chinese developer with the same brush -- there are plenty of Chinese made games with original designs. And I'm not talking about litigation: the developers of AH went through the trouble of "localizing" the game and making it available in both the App Store and Google Play. Runic doesn't need to bring litigation against the Chinese company to have the game removed from both stores. Without distribution, the game fails.
I understand dishonesty in business. But this kind of stupidity is beyond me.
