Sigh.....just spent around 200 tokens. Only useful thing was the Fly king+the Thunderbird. No Seraphim or Tiamet. I loled at the Thunderbird's transformation though. But yeah, definitely decided that until they change the rewards of Gacha (maybe the ability to buy tower specific packages?), not going to spend any money on this game.

How were you able to get pictures? Did you just use a camera and snap-shot your phone?

I got blob3000's method to work! Thanks for sharing, dude! Got all the monsters and costumes now.
But I had slightly different method! The important thing is his Force Close technique! Hold power to bring up shutdown screen, then hold home to quit game and cancel shutdown. (make sure you go through the whole shutdown-cancel sequence. If you accidentally just tap the power button to lock your device and then return to the game, the trick is reset.) I found that if I spend all my tokens on gacha, then force quit, when I run the game again all my tokens are back and also all my gacha winnings are saved. So you really only need to build up, say, 100 tokens, spend them all on gacha, force quit and then do it all again. To build up the tokens, I did unsummon monsters trick. For me, the whole upgrade zombie monster was completely unnecessary and actually hurts the trick because upgrading or summoning a monster SAVED the state of my monster slots. So if I unsummoned all monsters to get tokens, then upgraded or summoned a zombie (or any monster), then force quitting doesn't work because it returns me to the state after I upgraded or summoned the zombie--with all my other monsters gone. For me I just unsummoned my monsters, then immediately forced quit. When I launch again, I got to keep all my tokens, and my monsters were still there. So two ways I use force quit: either I use up tokens in gacha then force quit, or I build up tokens (via unsummon) then force quit. Don't do them both in one session. Summoning or upgrading a monster results in a “save”, so don't do it after a mass unsummon |

That is a pretty big problem there. Accounting for all the instances where you need to save data is pretty annoying. Especially when they moved away from using a db to store the information. To fix those force close exploits they will have to save the game state after every action. Pretty annoying.
I'd like them to be successful since that most likely leads to more games. Which most likely means more of their art. The art is nice. |

I've been getting an insane amount of Unique/Boos coins from the Gacha ever since I started using it (I've lost count of how many Fallen Angels, Succubus, and Vampires I've gotten) yet the only two I'm missing are Giant Lord and Tiamat. I've managed to get every other coin (even all the mix recipes) except those two.

In terms of exploiting the game, philosphically I would never "cheat" in a game that was a buy once game. In the freemium world, I don't feel bad doing it. I tried a bunch of tapjoy downloads, so the Dev made something off of that, so at this point, going this route doesn't bother me. |

This game was fun at the start, but after a day or so, the game mechanic of timing the attack slider got old really fast.
Good basic concept though, but the gameplay is too shallow. |
