Can't believe there isn't a thread for this yet. It's going to be an awesome two weeks for sports. Tuning in to swimming, track, diving, basketball, and gymnastics myself. Pretty impressive opening ceremony, but it was child's play in comparison to 2008 in Beijing xP. Well, discuss whatever here on the topic!

I'm bored of it already big waste of money and ruining TV as far as I'm concerned only semi interesting sports are football and boxing.
Only thing more boring is the winter Olympics. |

Anyone else think that was the worst opening ceremony? Last edited by CygnetSeven; 07-28-2012 at 08:30 AM.. |

Looking forward to the Men's Swimming. Hoping Michael Phelps will win some because he's from Baltimore

And for the Opening ceremony, The rings were pretty neat, as well as the Queen and her son jumping out of the helicopter. Last edited by bmdino; 07-28-2012 at 11:47 AM.. |

Wow, Part Tae Hwan was disqualified for 'false start'. That's some bullshit.
