Green Thumb!
Upon opening the app you are greeted with a wide array of beautiful pictures filled with ideas for your backyard, garden or patio and all designed to help you turn them into someplace you seldom want to leave

The app features different categories to choose from water,decorations,chillout greenery and more each with different design ideas displayed in stunning pictures.To the left of each category there's a little book symbol which when clicked on gives you suggestions which come in quite handy to help create you dream spot (like having Martha Stewart whispering advice in your ear)

This app is truly meant to be a tool of encouragement to really revive you backyard or patio even you garden can be turned into a source of envy by you friends and neighbors

It features relaxing music which you can even mute and play your own music while you browse the pictures you can also send picture ideas to your friends with email

So if you garden or backyard has lost its appeal give this app a try for some fresh ideas then head to Loews or Home depot cause you got a lot of work to do

Garden & Landscape Design is beautiful collection of pictures and notes designed to spark your interest in gardening. At this price, it provides a widespread of beautiful pictures that is bound to spark some ideas in you. Despite its great visual quality, there is room for improvement. If the developers (who are great to be honest) could further develop on the app, Garden & Landscape Design would definitely shape up to be something awesome.

General Impressions
Graphics - The app comes with a huge range of images and they look wonderful on the screen.
Music - I was surprised that the app came with music and they do sound soothing.
UI - The UI makes for easy navigation but I do believe this can be improved much more.

Suggestions
The main issue with Garden & Landscape Design is in its delivery of the entire concept. Users are often left on their own to figure what to do next after being inspired by the photos.

(1) What's Next Button - It can be a button that is located at the corner of the screen. By tapping the button, users would be shown an overlay that advises on possible actions. These actions can include options like Buy Now that links users to websites to purchase items they see on the picture. These actions can also include Plan Now or Draft Now for users to note down inspirations.

(2) Hover Tooltips - Rather than just showing an image and let players swipe to switch images. Create hover tooltips and deploy them on different parts of the image. When users tap on those parts, the tooltips will pop up and provide the user with more information.

(3) Book Design - Personally, I think the app would be better off as an iBook. This would allow the team to upload 3D images and let users turn the image to view different perspective. (This would enable users to view panoramic images as well). For now, the books should include swipe/page flip animation to allow for a more authentic book experience. Although the tips are decent, the font and overall design makes it for difficult reading. The background should not be same for all pages. Perhaps, each page should focus on one aspect and have a representative image as background.

(4) Personality - It would be great if the team can try creating a character/personality for the app. like Mr Green the Gardener and Ms Leticia the Landscaper. This would help give the app more personality and let this very personal experience of inspiration be brought across through the two characters. This would be extremely helpful for branding for the app.

(5) Radio - As much as I think the music is soothing in the app, it would be even better to allow users to play their own apps or listen to radio channels. Perhaps, the team can consider including and recommending a list of Gardening related radio broadcast.

Garden and Landscape Design has potential. Looking at all the beautiful images and the different books included, I think there is value at this price. But as stated in the title, it is only a Green Start. There is much more the team can bring to users with this app.

Great garden and landscape collection!
This app contains pretty nice collection of great garden and landscape pictures in HD quality! You can find here a lot of interesting design ideas for your garden. You can select your favorite pictures and send them to your friends via email. Also you can enjoy pictures with relaxing music! Very nice entertaining app! Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Some suggestions:
- add feature to share image to Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr;
- add feature to change image quality (high,middle,low) to save data usage for those who are using app via 3G;
- I think you need to add some transition effects for the slideshow;
- I think it will be cool if each category will have different music;
- also add feature to play music from iPod library.

Beautiful design ideas!
Garden and Landscape is a great app with huge collection of fresh ideas for your garden and backyard. The app is very easy to use. The photo database is regularly updated so you will never be bored. It's very entertaining app. You can lie on the coach, listening relaxing music and be inspired by new cool ideas how to customize your garden, lawn or backyard. Your favorite pictures you can share with your friends or add them to your gallery.
Suggestions:
- it will be cool if you add feature with 360 panorama view;
- add music control buttons like Next Track, Prev Track, Pause, Stop.

Maybe the best and only solution for those who fond of landscape design. Rich database can provide you wide range of compositions which will help you while decorating your garden. Pictures categorized thats why it is easy to navigate. Lounge music is very relaxing so you can just lay on sofa an enjoy photos. But besides all pluses Application has disadvantages too. So here is list of them.

Bad design thats sends me back to 2007 when all iPhone apps has such design. Arawella corp. is famous for great UI. I hope that the app will be fully redesigned in the future update.

Images looks great on my iPhone 3GS but on 4S i see lots of pixels
*multimedia
Please make app more interactive. I can upload tone of pics to my iPhone and do the same things in Photos app in Slideshow mode. Add ability to interact with object and expand the functionality.

Yeah music is awesome but sometime i want to listen to custom music, so add iPod control buttons
*sharing
Now in the era of the social networks Twitter and Facebook buttons are simply necessary.
Hope you'll take this improvements into the count and the next version of Gardens will be standard in lifestyle category.
