Dragonvale: Average User's Age (NOT a discussion or add me thread)

I created this thread so our Dragonvale TA community can get an idea of how old everyone is and to discuss the age topic.

Many forums or information guides regarding the game talk about how everyone playing this game is under 15 or that the game is meant for children. Personally I don't fall in that age category (I'm 22-25) but I'd like to see if it's true or not and I certainly don't believe the game is meant for youth only.

Don't be ashamed of your age, you can't help it.
We've been brought together for a common interest.. to breed dragons!

Please feel free to discuss:
-The benefits or challenges brought on by marketing the game to certain age groups.
-Whether this game is meant to be played by teens/kids or if it's for everyone

So I tried Panlong and Rust but got a Chrome. I like seeing what we get mixing in the Metals. Gonna be some fun hybrids ahead.

It's great to see even such young kids can grasp the game, and even cooler to see that parents are playing too. The age difference seems to be across the board.

haha don't read into it too much, i'm almost in the same category lol.

I'm actually trying to prove this is a game played by all age groups.
There are plenty of posts on FB of people bashing DV for being a child's game, which is why I started the poll.

It's nice to see the older crowd participate in the game.

Here's a legit question:

All of you parents who play with your kids, are you only playing because your kids do or because your legitimately enjoy the game?
