Glad the update is finally out I actually lost a little progress this morning but nothing major about two hours and a few abaddon gems. Cant connect to the app store for some reason thats too bad I really want this update.

I lost a bunch of data over the last couple of days (really only care about abbadon coins).
Now that the upgrade has been release, can we still write a data recovery requests?

You should send an email to support@pine-entertainment.com. Please takes us know your game center ID, which items you have lost. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Also, is there somewhere that we can go to view all of your proposed future enhancements? I would like to make some suggestions but not if you have already thought of them

Thanks a lot troyster, did they only replenish what you could recall you lost (because I am only annoyed about the abbadon coins, I can only roughly recall how mush $ I lost), OR do they look you up and know how much you lost?

I was wary to download the update when I saw it was out...and I was right to be so. Just lost another day's progress

Although they're very customer-friendly and quick to respond, it is very frustrating if this keeps happening...
I think I lost my progress during the transition between the old and new version. It seems to be fine afterwards though.

By the way, am I the only one having trouble seeing friends? I have a bunch of other players on GameCenter but I have no friends listed in the game.
And yes, I have restarted the app - even restarted my phone. Still no friends.

Can anyone tell me at what frequency the gem felix appears?
is it just chance that it will pop up on the map or is there a specific time it takes for it to return? (i.e every 5 mins)
