Plz let me know if interested you should have a solid experience and god profile of what you tested before

I suggest to post as much as you can about your game (description, screenshots, gameplay footage) in:
Touch Arcade > Games and Apps > Upcoming iPad Games

It will be much easier to find experienced QA/beta-testers

And even if you keep your request in here, for experienced developers, it's still helpful for potential testers to know what kind of game it is, what state it's in, what it looks like. You'll attract more volunteers the more you show!
