Would you buy a $39.99 iOS Game?

Nope.
The highest I've paid at once on iOS is for the walking dead episode bundle, the highest for a game being galaxy on fire 2 hd (I think).
If a port of a console game came to ios for $39.99 there is a high chance that the console version would be better, so I'd buy it for console. Also if it was full-length it would take up huge memory.
