I was not aware of the limit. Thanks for the heads up. I wonder if I should even bother with game center then. The only thing I'd really be able to utilize would be achievements.

Okay, I've been thinking about this and I believe it might be best to have my best moves listed for each level. Perhaps a toggle button on the level select screens that will either show the player's score or the developer's. That should help people get some sort of idea how well they are doing.

I'm also leaning towards adding a novice mode with 20 or so really easy levels, for the people that are having trouble with the first 10 on standard.

Thoughts?

Showing the minimum possible moves sounds good and will surely help the replay value. More levels are welcome, and the easy levels might make this game more accessible for those would otherwise might be put off by the difficulty in this game.

Gotta say that the challenge offered here is unlike any other block puzzler that I'd played. I'm currently stuck at levels 18,19 and can't wait to unlock the other chapters
As difficult as the game is, I'm really enjoying it a lot and it's satisfying to just be able finish the level.

I agree showing some other scores would be good. You could set it up with your own as benchmark, but perhaps ask people to send you screen shots if they are able to do it in fewer moves and you could update them that way.

The game is very good. Difficult, but satisfying. Another option would be to open three at a time...

Agree that easier levels would be a good addition. Thanks for a solid puzzle game!

Vubu LITE is now available! It contains 10 levels and all of them were made specifically for this version of the game. So if you own Vubu, Vubu LITE is still worth downloading.

Even though this is the LITE version, I included a couple of difficult levels to give a taste of how challenging Vubu can get. Don't feel bad if some of the later ones give you trouble (especially 10).

The Lite version is pretty good for those who still aren't sure about this puzzler, stuck at a couple of levels already heh (I'm in stage 4 of the full game atm)

Any chance you could release the soundtrack for download btw? It's one of the best ,highly relaxing soundtracks for a puzzle game.

That's good to hear! I'll try to release the tracks as soon as I can. I just need to come up with names for them first.

The Vubu soundtrack is now available on my music website. Here's a link: http://www.vurez.com/originals.htm

Also, you may be interested in the game music arrangements I've made over the years: http://www.vurez.com/arrangements.htm

I'm still working on the next update - hoping to submit it soon.

Could someone tell me a little about the levels? Is it a certain number in standard, advanced, and numeric? Or say 50 in standard, 50 in advanced, and numeric is a different way to play the normal game?

There are 50 Standard levels, 50 Advanced levels, and 10 Numeric levels. The Numeric levels were thrown in at the last minute as a bonus.

The Advanced levels utilize the same boards as the Standard levels however there are new piece/obstacle layouts on them and there is a totally different type of portal. The new portal changes the gameplay and strategy considerably. So although the boards are the same, the Advanced levels are a different experience.

The Numeric levels feature numbered pieces which must be sent to the portals in the correct order. These 10 levels have their own unique boards that aren't found in the other modes.
