Salamanda EP1 HD is an experimental music app. It is the first solo release from vocalist, song writer and artist Ryan Jackson under the name Salamanda. It blends art, music and gaming. Essentially it is a set of interactive music videos with elements of game design. This app from Honey Tribe Studios represents a new way of experiencing music.

Using touch, tilt and swipe controls you can explore the music and the atmospheric visuals. The themes that underpin the song lyrics are brought to life through the interactive artwork and animations. Scrolling up and down will change channel to one of the 3 scenes that are included and there are some visual surprises which can be unlocked by exploring the app.
