Well... I want an actual virtual joystick... any chance that could happen??

I know the controls now are basically a joystick, but not really... This current control scheme is a little finicky... having an actual joystick there would make controlling the character lot easier...

@syntheticvoid Critter Escape has 2 control schemes. Default is the pause-n-play line drawing, because it's a little easier to pick up. But you can switch to the virtual d-pad in the settings menu. It gives you a much more responsive and visceral experience, and it's also fully iCade compatible.

yes, i know. I've been unable to play with the line drawing, because... well... the game moves too fast for it to really be comfortable...

and the 'd-pad' is what I was talking about when I said that "This current control scheme is a little finicky" - so hopefully a static joystick can be added in a future update.
