1 star? Where? I see none, as in, hasn't been rated yet.

On the TA app there's a "App Store Users" rating and a "TA Users Rating". The TA users rating was 1 person and 1 star but I guess someone rated it 5 stars since then cus it now shows 2 ratings and a 3 star average. Have you played this? I'd like some impressions if anyone has...

Only the PC 1 hour demo, left some shortish impressions earlier in the thread, doubt this game will be a lot different from that version. It's a decent time/resource management building planner combo game, you go to a level, fulfill the goals, and move on to the next. If you get enough goals within the time frame you'll earn expert rank for that level, and are allowed to modify your train a bit (aka turn it from a rustbucket held together by string, to a nice gleaming steam engine, note, this is only when you actually get the train, which isn't to far in, just after the tutorial levels).

Yeah, I appreciate the PC impressions. I'm still curious about the switch to iphone though... I've the feeling this has some sort of timer-based/energy IAP thing going on...

Sorry. I have to throw this in.

Go west, life is peaceful there.
Go west, lots of open air.
Go west to begin life new.
Go west, this is what we'll do.
Go west, sun in winter time.
Go west, we will do just fine.
Go west where the skies are blue .
Go west, this and more we'll do.

I've been playing it on and off all day. I haven't seen any IAP, and as was stated earlier I this thread, there doesn't appear to be anyplace it could go, unless it would be for later levels or something. It is a fun, time management game in the same view as Alawar's resort games, but with Old West settings, surrounding the Gold Rush.

True that, and they've been around for awhile whether or not their games are your cup of tea or not, they act like professionals do and treat their customers accordingly. They are one of the publishers wit whom I can feel safe deleting their games and reinstalling at a later time, and can update them without hesitation.
