Yeah, while pretty much just a straight port of the PC game, it's a lot nicer to have a straight PC game port than a straight Facebook app port.

Certainly does. After the sole current game I have finishes, I will delete Thunderstone. Zabu blew this so badly, it's almost painful to consider how good it might have been. Excellent game, ruined by Facebook format and requirement. The game had me logging in, even when I was already logged in.

Graphics might have been good for FB, but were clearly not up to IOS standards.

Zabu, learn a badly needed lesson from this, please. You did Take It Easy so well, what prevented you from doing this one right?

News just hit that then is an update coming with NO FACEBOOK!! It says we'll use our apple ID (doesn't say GameCenter) and we can buy cards in game.

App still underwhelms in terms of overall quality. Nowhere near any of the other card games around, especially Playdek. Not the slightest bit interested in reinstalling and will not spend a single penny on it in its present form.

I like the game very much and am very disappointed that they could not do this right.

Well the update is out. It adds GC support for logging in, but you still can't invite GC friends because there's no invite option - there's only a create option for all or for friends (but no idea what friends list is used). What's more, you still have to login with FB when you actually start a game with someone because the system is using FB, not GC, for notifications. So...uh yeah, WTF? I don't see what the point of adding GC was?? The only other change is the market now works - all card packs are $2.

I just noticed in the description that you can supposedly play with Kong players - how does that work?? There's no Kong login, and every other Kong game I've ever played doesn't cross play with the FB version.
