I'm sure it's mentioned somewhere in the previous pages but to save you the trouble, here's how to do it: infect the US (doesn't have to start there), get drug resistances 1 and 2 with a slightly fatal disease and eventually you'll get this "president ill" message, then add Insanity, which causes Palin to be elected.

Thanks for the details. I just got the Russia nuke achievement, swine flu combo, Splain president and paralysis, but I used insect 1+2 and blood 1+2 as transmission. Wonder how we get china and anything on space.

Those two plus insane bolt are my only remaining achievements to get, working on the insane bolt one, down to 456 days, long way to go.

/giggle You're welcome! I guess it's random. There isn't anything noticeably different between nuking russia and china as far as I know. Now we just need to figure out how to send infected astronauts into space!

Your Welcome, i am still trying to get China and Space, seeing as the Space achievement is yet to be completed i am working diligently on completing it and if i do i will provide details of how i did it. For some reason i continue to have trouble with Contaminated Package, the normal combination is Skin Lesions and the one after Anemia right?

I actually got the cotaminated blood by mistake. I was trying to get the nike achievements. After the US nuked China I had some extra points so I got extreme zoonosis and all the insect and blood transmissions and I got the cotaminated blood message!

That's red rain, the contaminated blood package is highly random no definative method of getting it.

I have got the combo message twice.

1) max bird, livestock and rodent (that is all 3 to level 2 ) and then take the special cross species transmission that appears. I also had cold 1+2 and drug 1+2. After a short while, message popped up that New Guinea had been infected by contaminated blood (I had NO repeat NO symptoms)

2) swine flu combo + livestock 1+2, + cold 1+2 + drug 1. After a longer while, message popped up that Iran had been infected by contaminated blood.

Is there any difference on how the Nuke is against China instead of the US?
