OP hasn't been updated since April. Anyone care to make a new thread (or direct me to it if it exists)?

Some reviews on PvZ HD are claiming that some sprites are not as high-resolution as the rest of the game, specifically the zombies and lawn mowers. Any screenshots to verify/disprove the reviews?

"It's not fully retina!!! Only the static images are, the game itself like the plants and the zombies are all not retina!!!"

"The games has been optimized for iPad Retina, but two (important) elements were left behind, the Zombies and the lawn mowers, which had no or very little optimization. Look closer and compare them to the plants and the background they are still smoothed and and a bit blurred compared to the rest."

Well now that I look more closely they're right. They don't appear to be full res. Plants seem retina to me though.

Perhaps they did that so it doesn't get laggy when you get to the later levels with all the different plants and zombies.

Default BattleBox - Challenging TD, Story-based, with Editor Mode

This game is a tower defense game with different challenges in each level.
You will get increasing challenges and harder enemies in Plus Game after finishing one level.
There are stories with kinetic novel style too.
The graphics is awesome said some people.
It's not just retina display-ready, but it's full retina display.

The best part is this TD game has an Editor Mode!!!
This is where you can create, edit, tweak, and play your customized level.
Not enough?
You can share the code of your customized level (the code encrypted in Korean language) via Facebook so your friends could copy and paste it into their Editor Mode to play your customized level.
Challenge your friends to complete your level!

This is really what strategy fans loved.
Not just for casual strategy fans, but satisfying for hardcore strategy fans.

Go grab BattleBox for $2.99 here
