Looks like a nice casual shmup. It probably won't wow the hardcore shmup crowd, unless it ramps up quite a bit.

Hmmm... Is it a whole ship hitbox? Nothing wrong with it, just wondering, as some shmups (non-BH), only have the center part (not wings) as the hit area... =oP

A later stage can be seen near the end of that video. Also it's a 1 hit kill, unless you have shields which also take 1 hit.

But if you are looking for typical bullet-hell action, then no, it's not. It's quite a different game, with a smarter set of enemies and bosses.
