Hello everyone!

We just thought we'd let everyone know that version 1.0.1 has been released. This was a simple update to cleanup a link on the more games page.

We plan on a v1.0.2 update soon that includes a few audio changes, as well as a change to the number of dashes you can store (bumping it up to 5 from 3) and changing how many you have on initial launch (up to 3 from 1) which should assist with early play in each level, but not impact later play in the level too much.

Also we have the Android version planned for release in week 1 or 2 of November, and have had it playing on the Kindle Fire now for a few weeks which is great. We look forward to giving more info as we get closer!

This is clearly a very polished and well presented game, but I am not getting very far with the gameplay. I get that you slingshot the character and want to get as many collisions as you can while using ability to influence your character's trajectory, but I don't seem to be doing so well. I will try again and post if I have better success.

Edit: I watched Sanuku's video and I upped my first level score and gotten to the second level. This is starting to get to be quite fun. It is a another cool pinballing style game a bit like the recent and excellent Buritto Bison.

Great to hear you're enjoying it Slewis! It definitely has a learning curve to it, but it works quite well once people get the tapping mechanic down. It is also important to realize that keeping yourself higher off the ground is important when possible (sometimes enemy ninjas will require you to come down to catch them) and also to not just use up dashes without cause, as having only 1 dash left is quite dangerous.

Version 1.1.0 of Legend of Fat Ninja has just launched on iTunes! This new version has the following changes:

- New Facebook and Twitter integration, let your friends know how well you're doing!
- New "Flick" mechanic should help users who think they should be tap and flicking the Fat Ninja in a direction. You can now tap on him and quickly "flick" him in a direction, as well as the existing tap elsewhere to make him dash mechanic.
- Max boosts stored have been extended to 5 from 3, the colors are now yellow = 1, orange = 2, red = 3, purple = 4, blue = 5 stored. Watch the color around the Fat Ninja to know how many boosts you have left!
- Initial boosts on being launched have been moved from 1 to 3 to help with some of the trickier starting locations.
- Audio issues regarding muting and a few other items have been resolved.
