Hey Mr New England Gamer Mod person. How do you get an avatar?

From my quick look around it seems only mods, admins, and sponsors have avatar permissions. I thought it was based on post count but I saw some members with over 5k posts and they didn't have an avatar either.

...depends on how you look at it. I see it as one less thing they have to pay attention too. Some forums moderate avatar size and content. People can get out of hand with avatars. They have no avatar worries here.

I meant unfair from my point of view not the mods.

I am still playing. It is a nice fun and relaxing game. The selling is a little overwhelming sometimes. Feels like a mad rush to sell and then snatch whatever you can.

The friend system has forced me to go to the circular thing and then look for stuff around the same level of what I am looking for and then visiting that person's stand.

How do you keep a steady supply of gems? Feels like in opening up chests they get depleted rather quickly. Also I have had to skip a couple of structures because I was short of coins. So the currencies are slow going for me too.

It's a fun game overall and much better than some other farming games.

...a steady supply of gems w/o paying for them? You'll need a steady supply of explosives and shovels but they're as scarce as building materials.

The devs were testing a feature in which every so many hours you'd receive two gems simply for watching a short advertisement clip but that seems to have come to an end. What level farmer are you? If you care to do so, post your GC ID in the Hay Day friend request thread so folks can add you.
