As someone said earlier, you can only be updated on new posts by Email.

BUT, you can turn on notifications for private messaging. If you are using a phone or ipod, it's under the button in the upper right-hand corner.

Since you guys are trading with one another, you might want to P.M. (private message) several members at once. You can do that by putting ; in between the screen names of each member you want to contact.
