Sole trader indies - how do you structure your day?

Hi guys,

Whilst my outsourced team are developing the app, my job, as a sole trader, is to optimise the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch visibility. As the biggest and best ambassador for my apps, I don't think anyone else can sell as good as me.

Having said that, I have no set structure for my day on a day to day basis and am probably not being as productive as possible.

I am really keen to know how you guys manage your day?
