Well, considering that his images are protected by copyright law, you may want to contact a good lawyer.

As someone who makes his living in a creative field, I don't find this amusing. It's one thing to draw inspiration, another to use someone art without permission.

Hey - I paid for this - two english pounds if memory serves - and now it's littered with adverts at the top of the screen and other adverts keep popping up. I thought the IAPs before were a bit obtrusive but this is absolutely awful now.
It's basically that NinJump game made by timeshare sales reps for anyone interested.
