This was actually released several months ago by Smart Studio. It appears that the original version is no longer in the appstore, and now had a new distributor.

It's one of those "turn on all of the lights" puzzles where you need to figure out the order to toggle to have everyone lit up at once. Each type will also toggle those around it in a specific pattern.
