Out of interest, does anyone think 21st November is too early to release a Christmas game?

Actually, no. Not at all! Marketing-wise, especially in the financial climate we find ourselves in right now, has a small window of time to get the most business done, and with most people watching their wallets a little more these days, the earlier to get started the better for businesses. For example, this year Black Friday will be ON Thanksgiving Day, moving it UP one day from the traditional day at lots of stores. The longer you dangle bait in front of a fish, you improve your chances of gettin' bit.

Thanks that was my thinking too. What's the earliest you reckon is sensible? I've not seen too many other Christmas games in the App Store yet.
