It has the multiple currency etc. and "brag on Facebook" buttons all over the place. But despite that, from what I've seen so far this is a pretty cool game. It's very polished, and the battles manage to be at once highly tactical (somewhere between FFT and traditional JRPG turn-based combat), fast-paced, and visually exciting. There seems to be plenty of depth, too, including a decent story mode and tons of skills and customization.

My one concern is that the combat to combat structure will grow repetitive, and it's not clear how the story will develop within that limited structure. I also wish that the IAP and Facebook component were not as tightly integrated. Otherwise, it seems like a cool game.

Game doesn't seem to work on iPod touch 4th gen.
