Please chack out my new game, Dreamlands 2

A new 3d flight simulator that uses the gyroscope to fly, steer, and look in any direction.

Looking at the video, screens and description this looks like a cool tech demo. Nothing more. Unless I'm missing something? If not I'd love to see this developed into a fully fledged game.

It is a full game. The video is more for instructional purposes to show the controls, than to show the game.

Maybe adding a gameplay video would give people a better insight of the game...

Intrigued I picked this up, bare in mind I have only had a few minutes playing this. Graphically it's splendid , great mountainous landscapes, lakes and other detail. However the 'game' side is you shooting random er, things (ships , rockets , tanks) lacks. If you treat it as a pure shooter there may be some entertainment within this app but as far as can see there is no score ( this may be due to my inability to actually shoot something ) which would motivate the gamer.

Control wise it's actually quite brilliant , you swoop around the landscape at a tremendous pace , but as there is no collision detection it does feel a bit detached. There is no momentum behind your ship,let go of the throttle , and it stops dead, again making feel somewhat detached.

So is a tech demo or game? I think I would have to go for interesting tech demo. Hopefully with a few updates ( may I suggest making the projectiles you fire more substantial, slowing the speed down and adding collision detection if possible ?) it could become something with a bit more substance.

Best of luck to the dev for trying something a bit different and while I probably won't be playing much of this I do not regret the £1.99 spent, if for nothing else the great graphics.
